Slate, vitreous enamel on copper.

As in the Slate Collection, we use unsealed Brazilian Rusty slate for our Coasters. Unsealed slate will absorb moisture and thus keep your table surface dry. The tiles on top are made of vitreous enamel (glass) fired on copper. This combination of materials makes our Coasters a perfectly practical, usable, and beautiful table top accessory.
